控制器盖板对电驱动总成噪声影响研究

Research on Influence of Switching Frequency on the Noise of Electric Powertrain

某电驱动总成控制器盖板发生共振并辐射噪声,对电驱动总成噪声产生较大影响。根据模态阵型,提出控制器盖板增加加强筋和提高厚度两种优化方案。经验证,两种方案的控制器盖板共振消失,电驱动总成噪声明显改善。

The controller cover plate of an electric powertrain resonates and radiates noise,which has a great impact on the noise of the electric power-train.According to the modal array of the controller cover plate,two optimization schemes of adding stiffeners and increasing thickness are proposed.It is verified that the resonance of the controller cover plates disappear and the noise of the electric powertrain is significantly reduced.
