摘要
通过对架控制动系统采用不同的制动力分配模式的优缺点进行分析,结合某型动车组在运营过程中发生擦轮故障的案例,提出一种架控制动系统涉及制动力分配及防滑控制参考速度计算的优化设计方案,通过试验验证及车辆运营考核,证明该优化设计方案对提升车辆防滑效率具有明显效果。
By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different braking force distribution modes adopted by the rack control braking system,and combined with the case of wheel rubbing fault in the operation of EMU,an optimal design scheme of the rack control braking system involving braking force distribution and anti-skid control reference speed calculation is proposed,which is proved by test verification and vehicle operation assessment,The optimized design scheme has obvious effect on improving the anti-skid efficiency of vehicles.
