摘要
针对中速磁浮底架设备状态监测难度大和调试效率低下的问题,利用现有网络资源,设计了CAN网诊断与调试平台,通过诊断模块实时监测底架设备状态,在调试辅助单元显示IO信号逻辑关系,并可模拟发出控制指令,辅助调试,提高了调试检修效率和智能化程度。
The low efficiency of vehicle debugging and the difficulty of monitoring the status of the maglev train's underframe equipment need to be solved urgently.In order to solve these problems,this paper realized a platform to assist the diagnosis and debugging of maglev train.The diagnostic module monitors the status of the underframe equipment in real time.The debugging auxiliary unit displays the logical relationship of the IO signal and simulates the control command to assist debugging.By adopting the platform,the efficiency and Intelligent degree of vehicle debugging is greatly improved.
