随着我国职业教育改革与发展进入提质培优、增值赋能的快车道,职业教育理念与教育思路发生了格局性变化,在新时代职业教育人才培养模式面临新挑战和新需要的背景下,公安高职院校的发展应当主动适应新时代公安工作的发展和需求,建立起以应用型、实战型复合人才为导向的培养模式。通过深度发挥公安高等教育的行业特色和行业优势,完善以课程思政为引领的教育策略,从而全面打造实战应用型公安人才培养新模式,这对于提升公安高等教育理论水平实践效果和具有重要的学术价值和应用价值。

With the reform and development of China’s vocational education entering the fast lane,the concept and ideas of vocational education have undergone structural changes.In the context of new challenges and new needs in the new era of vocational education talents training,the development of public security colleges should actively adapt to the development and needs of public security work in the new era,and establish an application-oriented training mode of practical compound talents.By giving full play to the industry characteristics and advantages of public security higher education and improving the education strategy led by courses for ideological,political education,it can comprehensively create a new training mode of practical and applied public security talents,which has important academic and application value for improving the theoretical level,practical effect of public security higher education.
