Discussion on the Innovation and Development of Police Management of Judicial Police Colleges under the Convenience Police Entry Mechanism

进入新时代,00后学生所处的生活环境、价值取向以及行为模式发生了很大的变化,特别是在便捷入警机制下,对警务化管理育人要求标准又比较高,而司法警官院校的警务化管理模式多年未变,与新时代、新机制有诸多不相适应之处。因此,在便捷入警机制下,创新司法警官院校警务化管理,塑造学生的警察意识和培养合格监狱戒毒人民警察,很有必要。

Entering the new era,the living environment,value orientation and behavioral model in the post-00 students have changed a lot,especially under the convenience police entry mechanism,the standards for the police management are relatively high.For the police management model of judicial police colleges has not changed many years,there are many incompatants with new era and new mechanisms.Therefore,under the convenience police entry mechanism,innovating police management of judicial police colleges,shaping students’police awareness and cultivating qualified judicial police is necessary.
