基于主成分分析和聚类分析对不同品种樱桃番茄生长及品质的综合评价 被引量:5

Comprehensive Evaluation of Growth and Quality of Different Cherry Tomato Cultivars Based on Principal Component Analysis and Cluster Analysis

摘要 为筛选出适合南京地区设施无土栽培的樱桃番茄品种,选择紫花生、夏日金星、朱丹红和绿如蜜4个品种开展无土栽培试验。试验结果表明,绿如蜜和朱丹红的生长指标在整个生育期内表现相对较好;紫花生的可溶性糖含量最高,达到42.82 mg/g;紫花生和夏日金星的VC含量相对较高,分别为18.16、17.97 mg/100 g,显著高于朱丹红;4个品种的硝酸盐含量均低于国家标准,且夏日金星和绿如蜜的硝酸盐含量显著低于朱丹红和紫花生;主成分分析得到3个因子,累计方差贡献率达到79.99%,紫花生和朱丹红的综合得分相对较高;聚类分析结果也表明,紫花生和朱丹红品种优于其他2个品种。因此,紫花生和朱丹红品种可以作为优势品种进行示范推广。 In order to screen out cherry tomato cultivars suitable for soilless cultivation in facility in Nanjing,four cultivars of Zihuasheng,Xiarijinxing,Zhudanhong and Lvrumi were selected for the soilless cultivation experiment.The results showed that the growth indexes of Lvrumi and Zhudanhong performed relatively well in the whole growth period.The soluble sugar content of Zihuasheng was the highest,reaching 42.82 mg/g.The VC contents of Zihuasheng and Xiarijinxing were significantly higher than that of Zhudanhong,which were 18.16 mg/100 g and 17.97 mg/100 g respectively.The nitrate contents of the four cultivars were all lower than the national standard,and the nitrate contents of Xiarijinxing and Lvrumi were significantly lower than those of Zhudanhong and Zihuasheng.Three factors were obtained from principal component analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate reached 79.99%.The comprehensive scores of Zihuasheng and Zhudanhong were relatively high.The cluster analysis also showed that Zihuasheng and Zhudanhong were better than the other two cultivars.Therefore,Zihuasheng and Zhudanhong could be used as dominant cultivars for demonstration and promotion.
