摘要
认知实习是提升地方高校实践教学质量的重要环节。针对已有认知实习课程存在的实习内容缺乏吸引力、实习形式较单一、评价方式片面等不足,提出以学生为中心的认知实习教学模式。通过构建需求驱动的软硬实习环境,设计丰富的实习内容,组建协作团队,个性化关注和多元化课程评价等教学设计,大大提升了专业实习的参与度和满意度,可为同行提供参考。
Cognitive practice has an important influence on improving the quality of practical teaching in local colleges and universities. The content of the existing cognitive internship courses is not attractive, the internship form is relatively single, and the evaluation method is one-sided. A student-centered cognitive internship teaching model is proposed to solve the above shortcomings. This teaching model includes creating a demand-driven pleasant environment, designing rich and attractive internship content, forming a collaborative team, personalized attention and diversified curriculum evaluation. It greatly improves the participation and satisfaction of professional internships, and has some application potential.
