深水表层连续钻进送入工具关键部件力学分析

摘要 深水表层连续钻进送入工具(Cam Actuated Drill-Ahead,CADA)是表层导管喷射安装过程中的核心工具,其安全可靠性对于确保深水导管喷射安装顺利进行具有重要意义。介绍了CADA工具的结构组成和作业原理。针对CADA工具在服役过程中的作业流程与所受载荷,对CADA关键部件的力学特性进行数值模拟分析和参数敏感性讨论。结果表明:在CADA工作过程中,锁环Von Mises应力最大值出现在开口斜后方约45°的齿端部;凸轮筒螺纹Von Mises应力最大值出现在其与芯轴衬套接触最上端螺纹的根部,该应力值随凸轮筒运动先增大后减小,且与凸轮筒所受轴向力存在较强的线性关系;密封部件Von Mises应力的最大值随水深增加逐渐增大;密封圈密封性能随橡胶预压缩量增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势。研究结果对CADA的优化设计具有指导意义。 The Cam Actuated Drill-Ahead(CADA)is one of the core tools in the surface conductor jetting installation process,which safe and reliable work is of great significance to the smooth jetting installation of the deep-water conductor.The structural components and operation principles of the CADA tool were introduced.The mechanical characteristics and parameter sensitivity analysis on the key components of the CADA tool were studied considering the working process and working load of the CADA tool during service.Analysis results show that the maximum von Mises stress of the lock ring is located at approximately 45°of the ends of the tooth behind the opening of the lock ring.The maximum von Mises stress of the cam sleeve thread appears at the root of the uppermost thread in contact with the screw,which increases and then decreases with the downward movement of the cam sleeve and has a strong linear relationship with the axial force of the cam sleeve thread.The maximum von Mises stress of the sealing ring increases with the increase of water depth.The sealing performance of the sealing ring increases and then decreases with the increase of the pre-compression.This study has reference significance for the optimization design of the CADA.
