摘要
现有的连续管钻机不能使用常规管柱进行作业。依托国家科技重大专项课题,研制了LZ900/73-3500型连续管复合钻机,突破了轻量化注入头、下沉式滚筒、三折叠液压导向器、伸缩式门型井架、电液一体化集成控制系统等关键技术。现场试验表明,该钻机既可使用连续管,也可使用常规管柱,可进行钻前准备、井筒处理、钻进以及钻后完井作业。采用模块化结构,一体化运行,提高了侧钻井全过程的作业效率,并降低劳动强度、节省成本。
The existing coiled tubing rig cannot operate with the conventional pipe.Depending on the state key technological research project,the LZ900/73-3500 hybrid coiled tubing rig was developed.In the process of the rig development,several key technologies were achieved,such as a lightweight injector,sunken CT reel,three-fold hydraulic gooseneck,telescopic gate-type derrick,and electro-hydraulic integration control system.Field tests show that the rig can use coiled tubing and conventional pipe for pre-drilling preparations,wellbore treatment,drilling,and completion.The integrated operation of equipment improves the efficiency of the whole process of sidetracking,reduces equipment replacement,and reduces labor intensity and cost,satisfying the design requirement.
