环境行为学理念下的高校老旧校区公共空间微更新策略

The Micro-Renewal Strategy of Public Space in Old Campus under the Concept of Environmental Behavior

在增量发展转向存量发展的政策背景下,为了使高校的老旧校区更好地适应社会,谋求发展方向,文章提出了以人为本、造价低、建设周期短、校企合作、学生参与的微更新模式。从中南大学铁道校区内的一些典型公共空间微更新实例出发,探讨高校公共空间微更新的设计策略,为当下的高校发展提供思路。

Under the policy background of incremental development to stock development,in order to make the old campus of colleges and universities better adapt to the society and seek the direction of development,this paper puts forward a micro-renewal model with people-orientation,student participation,low cost and short construction cycle.Based on some typical examples of microrenewal of public space in Railway Campus of Central South University,this paper discusses the design strategy of micro-renewal of public space in colleges and universities,and provides ideas for the development of colleges and universities.
