美丽乡村建设背景下乡村公共空间使用后评价(POE)研究——以江西省丰城市大岭村为例

Study on Post-Occupancy Evaluation(POE)of Rural Public Space under the Background of Beautiful Rural Construction:A Case of Daling Village in Fengcheng,Jiangxi

在美丽乡村建设中,乡村公共空间的建设尤为关键。文章从使用者视角出发,采用使用后评价(POE)方法对乡村公共空间建成环境进行评价研究。基于乡村公共空间相关的文献研究,从心理感知、物质设施、空间活动三个层面选取13个评价指标层因子构建乡村公共空间使用后评价体系。通过专家访谈与对江西省丰城市大岭村实地调研数据,对各指标因子的重要度采用熵权法进行权重计算。在此基础上,根据使用者自身的行为与认知对公共空间建成环境满意度评分进行定量分析。最终,针对使用后评价结果进行分析,并提出相应的优化建议。

In the construction of beautiful countryside,the construction of rural public space is particularly critical.From the perspective of users,this paper uses post-occupancy evaluation(POE)method to evaluate the built environment of rural public space.Based on the literature research related to rural public space,13 evaluation index layer factors were selected from three levels of psychological perception,physical facilities and space activities to construct the POE system of rural public space.Through expert interviews and field survey data in Daling Village,Fengcheng,Jiangxi,the importance of each index factor is calculated by entropy method.On this basis,according to the user’s own behavior and cognition,the satisfaction score of the built environment of public space is quantitatively analyzed.Finally,the results of POE are analyzed,and corresponding optimization suggestions are put forward.
