基于韧性思维的城市地下空间控规编制策略探讨

Research on Detailed Regulatory Planning Strategy of Urban Underground Space Based on the Concept of Resilience

文章尝试从韧性视角探讨我国城市地下空间开发利用的问题。城市是复杂多变的韧性系统,当前土地资源短缺成为制约城市韧性系统平衡的核心问题,而地下空间开发利用是解决上述问题的有效途径。基于此,本文首先从韧性思维的角度指出我国地下空间开发存在的问题,然后将韧性理念应用于地下空间控规,提出地下空间控规韧性控制策略,以期能够促进地下空间得到更加科学、高效的开发利用,促进城市可持续发展。

This paper attempts to explore the development and utilization of urban underground space in China from the perspective of resilience.The city is a complex and changeable resilience system.The shortage of land resources has become the core problem restricting the balance of urban resilience system.The development and utilization of underground space is the most effective way to solve the above problems.Based on this,this paper first points out the problems existing in the development of underground space in China from the perspective of resilience,and then applies the concept of resilience to underground space regulatory detailed planning,and puts forward the resilience strategy of underground space regulatory detailed planning,so as to promote the development and utilization of underground space more scientifically and efficiently,and to promote the sustainable development of the city.
