摘要
随着城镇化的快速发展,汽车交通的爆炸式增长,城市空间更多让步于汽车交通,相应的人性化维度的公共空间逐渐被忽视。城市轴线作为一座城市的标志性地区,叠加了车行交通、步行环境、公共职能、开放空间、地标建筑、景观界面等多种复杂功能要素,因此在其发展演变过程中往往会出现人车交通混杂、空间尺度失调、公共空间割裂等诸多问题。而与此同时,城市轴线反映了城市的风貌特征和公共形象,轴线地区的空间品质直接影响居民及游客的体验与感受。如何解决城市轴线地区的诸多问题,提高公共空间品质,展现城市魅力成为必须思考的问题。本文引入“人性化维度”理论,提出塑造人性化优先的城市轴线地区,空间模式上通过有机疏散、分类聚合,实现多元功能的和谐共生;管理机制上通过制定政策、公私分区,保证人性化空间的有效实施。从而整体提升城市轴线地区的空间品质和整体形象,希望对类似地区的规划建设提供一定的参考价值。
With the rapid development of urbanization and the explosive growth of automobile transportation,more urban space has given way to automobile transportation,and the corresponding humanized public space has gradually been ignored.As a landmark area of a city,the urban axis is superimposed with multiple complex functional elements such as vehicle traffic,pedestrian environment,public functions,open space,landmark buildings,landscape interfaces,and so on.Therefore,there are also many problems in its development and evolution,such as the mixture of pedestrian and vehicle traffic,spatial scale imbalance,fragmentation of public space,and many other problems.At the same time,the city axis reflects the city’s features and public image,and the spatial quality of the axis area directly affects the experience and feelings of residents and tourists.How to solve many problems in the urban axis area,to improve the quality of public space,and to illustrate the charm of the city has become a problem that must be considered.This paper introduces the theory of“humanization dimension”and proposes to shape the urban axis area with priority to humanization,and to realize the harmonious symbiosis of multiple functions through organic evacuation and categorization in the spatial mode,and to ensure the effective implementation of humanized space through the formulation of policies and public-private divisions in the management mechanism,thereby improving the spatial quality and overall image of the urban axis area as a whole.It is hoped that this paper can play a certain reference value for the planning and construction of similar areas.
