昆明市主城区商业空间特征及影响因素分析

Analysis on Commercial Spatial Characteristics and Influencing Factors in Main Urban Area of Kunming

商业空间对城市空间结构有着深刻影响,探究商业空间分布特征有利于了解城市商业发展现状及趋势。本研究基于高德地图商业服务兴趣点(POI)数据,运用核密度法分析昆明市主城区商业网点空间分布特征,并通过地理探测器对其影响因素进行探讨。结果表明:①昆明市主城区商业空间呈“一核心、多中心”的空间形态,北部商业集聚程度明显高于南部。②各类商业网点的空间分布主要表现为多中心集聚、连片簇集和单中心扩散分布。③商业地价、人口密度和道路密度对昆明市商业空间分布影响较大。④受商业网点特性、消费群体不同等影响,各影响因素对各类商业网点空间分布的影响存在差异。

Commercial space has a profound impact on the urban spatial structure.Exploring the distribution characteristics of commercial space is beneficial to understand the current situation and trend of urban commercial development.Based on the Amap commercial Point of Interest(POI)data,this study uses Kernel density to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of commerce in the main urban area of Kunming city,and discusses the influencing factors through GeoDetector.The results show that:①The commercial space in the main urban area of Kunming is in the form of"one core and multiple centers",and the degree of commercial agglomeration in the north is significantly higher than that in the south.②The spatial distribution of various commerce is mainly manifested as multi-center cluster,contiguous cluster and single-center diffusion distribution.③Commercial land price,population density and road density have a great influence on commercial spatial distribution in Kunming.④Influenced by the characteristics of commerce and different consumer groups,the influence of various factors on the spatial distribution of various commerce is different.
