“互联网+”视角下新型产业园区规划设计研究——以济南中欧产业园建设项目规划设计方案为例

Study on the Planning and Design of New Industrial Parks from the Perspective of“Internet+”:A Case of the Planning and Design Plan of Ji’nan China-Europe Industrial Park

互联网时代下,工业产业园面临新的机遇和挑战。本文通过分析“互联网+”与产业园的关联性,得出新型产业园的特征,并以济南中欧产业园区规划设计方案为例,探讨新型产业园的规划设计策略。案例通过产业互联、空间互联、智慧互联体现互联网思维,达到产业园区与“互联网+”概念的深度融合,并结合增加土地价值、提高园区吸引力、提升城市形象三个优化思路,得出“互联网+”视角下的新型产业园区规划设计策略。

In the Internet era,industrial parks are facing new opportunities and challenges.This paper analyzes the relevance of“Internet+”and industrial park,and obtains the characteristics of the new type of the industrial park.Taking the planning and design plan of Ji’nan China-Europe Industrial Park as an example,it explores the planning and design strategy of the new type of the industrial park.The case reflects the Internet thinking through industrial interconnection,spatial interconnection and smart Internet so as to achieve the deep integration of industrial park and the concept of“Internet+”.The case combines three optimization ideas of increasing land value,enhancing attraction of the park and enhancing the image of the city,and comes up with the planning and design strategy for new type of the industrial park from the perspective of“Internet+”.
