摘要
以磷建筑石膏水化硬化体(DHPG)为基底材料,通过浸渍法进行疏水改性,研究十八烷基三氯硅烷(OTS)、1,2-二氯乙烷(1,2-DCE)及正己烷(NH)发生络合反应制备的疏水涂层对DHPG表面疏水性、力学性能、耐磨性能、吸水率及软化系数等指标的影响。结果表明,OTS用量为2 mL时,试样表面形成具有低表面张力的多孔网状结构络合物,可以有效阻止石膏中毛细孔对水分的吸收。在不影响力学性能的前提下,有机硅烷疏水涂层可有效提高DHPG的疏水性和耐水性,表面静态接触角达到139.39°,吸水率降低79.44%,软化系数提升95.45%,且该疏水涂层具有较好的耐磨性。
In this paper,phosphogypsum hydrated hardener(DHPG)was used as the base material and hydrophobically modified by impregnation.The effects of hydrophobic coating prepared by complexing octadecyltrichlorosilane(OTS),1,2-dichloroethane(1,2-DCE)and n-hexane(NH)on the surface hydrophobicity,mechanical properties,wear resistance,water absorption and softening coefficient of DHPG were studied.The results show that when the dosage of OTS is 2 mL,a porous network complex with low surface tension is formed on the surface of the sample,which can effectively prevent the absorption of water by the pores in gypsum.Without affecting the mechanical properties,the organosilane hydrophobic coating proposed in this paper can effectively improve the hydrophobicity and water resistance of DHPG.The static contact angle of its surface reaches 139.39°,the water absorption is reduced by 79.44%,the softening coefficient is increased by 95.45%,and the hydrophobic coating has good wear resistance.
