摘要
本试验研究了碳化起始温度、脂肪酸C链长度、油脂熔点与碘值、复合表面处理剂等关键因素对纳米碳酸钙和聚氯乙烯(PVC)压延膜性能的影响。结果表明,碳化起始温度为24℃时,生成的碳酸钙为规整的立方体,比表面积为22.3 m^(2)/g,平均粒径为80 nm,粒子团聚少,二次粒径最小,D50为0.43μm,采用月桂酸钠和椰子油质量比6∶4为表面处理剂,改性剂用量为2.5%时,月桂酸钠能乳化椰子油,使改性剂均匀包覆于粉体表面,改性后纳米碳酸钙对邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)吸油值为24.9 g/100 g,白度为96%,光泽和吸墨性最好,综合性能最佳。
This experiment researches the effects of the key factors such as carbonization initiation temperature,fatty acid C chain length,oil melting point and iodine value,composite surface treatment agent on the properties of nano calcium carbonate and PVC calendered film.The results show that when the initial carbonization temperature is 24℃,the resulting calcium carbonate is a regular cube,the specific surface area is 22.3 m^(2)/g,the electron microscope detection is 80 nm,and the particle agglomeration is less,the secondary particle size is the smallest,D50 is 0.43μm.Using sodium laurate and coconut oil with a mass ratio of 6∶4 as a modifier,and the dosage is 2.5% of the mass of nano calcium carbonate.The obtained nano calcium carbonate has an oil(DOP)absorption value of 24.9 g/100 g,whiteness of 96%,the gloss and ink absorption is the best,and the comprehensive performance is optimum.
