摘要 利用小直径水力旋流器对河北省张家口市阳原县膨润土进行分级和提纯效果研究,测试了不同给矿压力、旋流器直径及原矿质量分数对膨润土分级提纯的影响。结果表明,原浆料在经过两级φ50 mm水力旋流器和一级φ25 mm水力旋流器的组合分选后,蒙脱石质量分数由61.84%提高至85%以上,D90由51.74μm降至12.54μm,10μm及以下粒径占比提高到85%以上。本研究为膨润土的清洁提纯和高值化利用提供了参考。 This paper uses a small-diameter hydrocyclone to study the classification and purification effects of bentonite in Yangyuan County,Zhangjiakou City,Hebei Province.The effects of the hydrocyclone on the classification and purification of bentonite are tested under different feed pressure,hydrocyclone diameter and raw ore concentration.The results show that after the combined separation of two-stagesφ50 mm hydrocyclones and one-stage φ25 mm hydrocyclones,the content of montmorillonite is increased from 61.84%to over 85%,and the D90 particle size is reduced from 51.74μm to 12.54μm,the proportion equal or less than 10μm in the particle size distribution is increased to more than 85%.This research has reference significance for the clean purification and high-value utilization of bentonite.
