摘要
以膨润土和斜发沸石为原料制备膨润土基膜材料,研究了原料配比、水固比、捏合时间和成膜压力等因素对膜材料制备的影响,得到制备膜材料的适宜条件;利用膜材料动态吸附阳离子桃红染料,研究染料溶液体积变化对膜通量和脱色率的影响,探讨膜材料的脱色机理。结果表明,膜材料制备的适宜条件为:原料配比1∶1,水固比3∶10,捏合时间10 min,成膜压力60 kN。当染料质量浓度为50 mg/L时,染料溶液体积达到1800 mL时,累计吸附量为88.66 mg/g,脱色率达到97.26%。由傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)等表征分析可知,该膜材料脱色是膜结构的拦截、表面吸附、离子交换、物理和化学吸附协同作用的结果。
In this paper,bentonite and clinoptilolite were used as raw materials to prepare bentonite based membrane materials.The effects of raw material ratio,water-solid ratio,kneading time and film-forming pressure on the preparation of membrane materials were studied,and the suitable conditions for the preparation of membrane materials were obtained.The dynamic adsorption of cationic peach dye on the membrane was studied,the effect of the change of dye solution volume on the membrane flux and decolorization rate was explored,and the decolorization mechanism was discussed.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows:raw material ratio was 1∶1,water to solid ratio was 3∶10,kneading time was 10 min and film-forming pressure was 60 kN.When the concentration of dye was 50 mg/L and the volume of dye solution reached 1800 mL,the cumulative adsorption capacity was 88.66 mg and decolorization rate reached 97.26%.FTIR,XRD and other characterization analysis showed that the decolorization of the membrane material was the synergistic effect of membrane structure interception,surface adsorption,ion exchange,physical and chemical adsorption.
