铁尾矿基超轻陶粒的制备及性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用商洛铁尾矿制备堆积密度小于300 kg/m^(3)且抗压碎强度较高的超轻陶粒。研究原料配方、发泡剂含量、烧成温度及保温时间对铁尾矿基超轻陶粒性能的影响。结果表明,采用80%铁尾矿、10%钾钠石粉和10%高岭土为原料,加入0.6%的SiC为发泡剂,经球磨、成型、烧成后可制备铁尾矿基超轻陶粒,堆积密度为228 kg/m^(3),抗压碎强度为1.07 MPa,筒压强度为5.31 MPa,吸水率为9.58%。采用该铁尾矿基超轻陶粒为轻骨料制备陶粒混凝土,抗折强度较聚苯颗粒混凝土提高162%,抗压强度提高400%。 Shangluo iron tailings are used to prepare ultra-light ceramsite with bulk density less than 300 kg/m^(3) and high crushing strength.The effect of raw materials formula,foaming agent content,firing temperature and holding time on the performance of iron tailing-based ultra-light ceramsite were studied.The results show that using 80%iron tailings,10% potash powder and 10%kaolin as raw materials,adding 0.6% SiC as a foaming agent to prepare ultra-light ceramsite after ball milling,molding and firing.The bulk density of the iron tailings-based ultra-light ceramsite is 228 kg/m^(3),the crushing strength is 1.07 MPa,the cylinder compression strength is 5.31 MPa,and the water absorption rate is 9.58%.Compared with polyphenylene granule concrete,the flexural strength of ceramsite concrete prepared by using the iron tailings-based ultra-light ceramsite is increased by 162%,and the compressive strength is increased by 400%.
