再生砖粉对磷建筑石膏性能的影响

摘要 以磷建筑石膏为原料,研究再生砖粉掺量、激发剂种类对磷石膏抗压强度及耐水性能的影响。结果表明,外掺砖粉可提高磷石膏抗压强度,掺量为10%时,试块28 d抗压强度为9.99 MPa,较纯磷石膏28 d抗压强度8.64 MPa提高15.63%;电石渣为激发剂时,掺砖粉的磷石膏试块抗压强度和耐水性能均低于纯磷石膏;水泥为激发剂时,外掺砖粉的磷石膏试块耐水性能高于纯磷石膏,当砖粉掺量为10%,水泥掺量为2%时,试块软化系数为0.43,较纯磷石膏0.34提高26.47%。 Using calcined phosphogypsum as raw material to study the effects of recycled brick powder content and activator type on the compressive strength and water resistance of phosphogypsum.The results show that adding brick powder can improve the compressive strength of phosphogypsum.The 28 d compressive strength of the test block with 10%brick powder is 9.99 MPa,which is 15.63% higher than that of pure phosphogypsum(8.64 MPa).When the activator is carbide slag,the compressive strength and water resistance of phosphogypsum test blocks with brick powder are lower than those of pure phosphogypsum.When the activator is cement,the water resistance of phosphogypsum test blocks with brick powder is higher than that of pure phosphogypsum.When the content of the brick powder is 10%and the content of cement is 2%,the softening coefficient of the test block is 0.43,which is 26.47% higher than that of pure phosphogypsum(0.34).
