港口机械起重装备小车轨道闪光对焊工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 为提高港口机械起重装备小车轨道焊接的效率,提升小车轨道焊接的自动化程度,降低工人的劳动强度和焊接成本。文中针对港口机械起重装备常用的90 kg/mm^(2)、100 kg/mm^(2)2种轨道材质,通过落锤试验、静弯试验、拉伸试验、冲击试验、硬度试验,对闪光对焊工艺焊接的轨道接头进行研究,并制定相应的验收标准。其中,落锤试验轨道接头均在焊缝处断裂,静弯试验轨道接头在加载到试验受力时均发生断裂,拉伸试验结果满足标准要求,硬度试验结果满足使用要求,验证了港口机械起重装备小车轨道闪光对焊工艺的可行性。由于港口机械起重装备小车轨道硬度是重要指标,其决定了小车轨道的使用寿命,故对不同工艺参数下硬度与焊缝中心距离的变化趋势及焊缝金相组织进行研究。 In order to improve the welding efficiency of the trolley track of the port mechanical lifting equipment,so as to improve the automation degree of the trolley track welding and reduce the labor intensity and welding cost,for 90 kg/mm^(2) and 100 kg/mm^(2) rail materials commonly used in port machinery lifting equipment,the rail joints welded by the flash butt welding process were studied with drop weight test,static bending test,tensile test,impact test and hardness test,and the corresponding acceptance standards were formulated.In the drop test,the rail joints are all broken at the weld,while in the static bending test,the rail joints are all broken when test force was applied,and tensile test results meet the standard requirements and hardness test results meet the application requirements,which verifies the feasibility of using flash butt welding technology on the trolley track of port mechanical lifting equipment.As the hardness of the trolley track of port machinery lifting equipment is an important index,which can determine the service life of the trolley track,the changing trend of hardness and weld center distance under different technological parameters and the microstructure of weld were studied.
