摘要
建立了以纯水为介质的衡重法单标线塑料容量瓶校准方法。通过查询列举的三种常见的塑料容量瓶体胀系数所对应的K(t)值表,根据不同材质的塑料容量瓶,可计算得到其实际容量,操作方法简便,实操性强。并以校准VITLAB塑料容量瓶为例,对其测量结果进行不确定度评定,U=0.02 mL,k=2。该方法为实验室人员进行塑料容量瓶的自校准,提供了参考。
The calibration method of single mark plastic volumetric flask with balance weight method using pure water as medium was established.By querying the K(t)value table corresponding to the body expansion coefficient of the three common plastic volumetric flasks listed,the actual capacity could be calculated according to the plastic volumetric flasks of different materials.The operation method was simple and practical.The calibration of VITLAB plastic volumetric flask as an example,the uncertainty of the measurement results was evaluated as 0.02 mL(k=2),which provides a reference for laboratory personnel to carry out the self calibration of plastic volumetric flask.
