为保证气相色谱仪检定工作规范、检定结果准确可靠,基于JJG 700—2016《气相色谱仪检定规程》提出了检定方法要点和注意事项。探讨了检定前的准备工作,包括确定标准物质和检定项目、气相色谱柱的选用、仪器和色谱柱的准备,整理了检定中仪器条件及程序设置、手动进样操作要点、问题排查等,提出了检定信息记录和数据处理等注意事项。为规范和高效地完成气相色谱仪检定工作提出有效建议,望对提高气相色谱仪检定人员技术水平,提高检定的规范性和准确可靠性提供帮助。

In order to ensure the standard verification of gas chromatograph and the accuracy and reliability of verification results,the key points and precautions of verification methods were put forward based on JJG 700-2016 Verification Regulation of Gas Chromatograph.The preparation work before verification was discussed,including the determination of reference materials and verification items,the selection of gas chromatographic columns,the preparation of instruments and chromatographic columns,the arrangement of instrument conditions and procedures,the key points of manual sample injection operation and problem troubleshooting in verification,the matters needing attention such as verification information recording and data processing were put forward.In order to standardize and efficiently complete the verification of gas chromatograph,this paper puts forward effective suggestions,hoping to provide help to improve the technical level of gas chromatograph verification personnel and improve the standardization,accuracy and reliability of verification.
