电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定儿童洗手液中17种有害元素的不确定度评定 被引量:3

摘要 评定了电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定儿童洗手液中17种有毒有害元素(铝、砷、硼、钡、镉、钴、铬、铜、汞、锰、镍、铅、锑、硒、锡、锶、锌)的测量不确定度。建立了计算结果的数学模型,利用实验数据及量化分析方法,进行不确定度分量的评定与合成。测量结果不确定度主要由标准工作曲线拟合和样品溶液元素质量浓度结果重复性引入。各元素含量的相对扩展不确定度为3.38%~13.9%(k=2)。 The measurement uncertainty was evaluated for determination of toxic elements in children's hand washing solution,such as selenium,zinc,manganese,lead,zinc,and manganese by ICP-MS.The corresponding mathematical model was established for calculation results,and the experimental data and quantitative analysis method were used,and the uncertainty components were evaluated and synthesized.The uncertainty of the measurement results was mainly introduced by the fitting of the standard working curve and the repeatability of the element mass concentration results of the sample solution.The relative expanded uncertainty of each element content was 3.38%-13.9%(k=2).
