无取向硅钢边部线状缺陷分析及改进措施

摘要 通过对无取向硅钢热轧板边部线状缺陷进行光学显微镜、扫面电镜和能谱分析,确定是热轧轧制过程产生的缺陷。定宽压力机模块对连铸坯进行轧制,使铸坯角部产生凸起,立辊轧制后凸起加重,在水平辊轧制后翻平宽展被压入轧件表面形成线状缺陷,侧压量越大,缺陷距离边部越远。将定宽压力机模块设计成带有凹槽的孔型,边部线状缺陷问题得到大幅改善。 Analysis of linear defects on the edge of non-oriented silicon steel hot-rolled strip by optical microscope,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum,it is determined that the defects are caused by the hot-rolling process.That continuous casting slab is rolled by the sizing press module makes bulge at the corner of the slab,and the bulge is heavier after vertical roller rolling.After rolled by the horizontal roll,bulge through side reversal of width spread forms linear defects.The greater the side pressure,the farther the defects are from the edge.The sizing press module is designed as pass with grooves,and the problem of linear defects at the edge is greatly improved.
