电弧炉节能理论依据的探讨

摘要 电弧(包括电焊机电弧)具有电能转换热能快、多、温度高的特点;应用广泛,其用电量大,能耗成本高,节能意义重大。电弧连续理论是电弧节能的理论依据,电路分析是电弧连续的分析基础,等离子体特征是电路分析的重要理论支撑;工频电弧具有直流等离子体特征。交流电弧两端的电压和电流相位关系是严格一致的,不存在电流滞后电压的问题,交流电弧的连续不是靠电流滞后电压带来的,是等离子体的特征-时间长度的延长带来的。 Arc(including electric welding machine arc) has the characteristics of fast heat conversion,more heat energy and high temperature.It is widely used with large power consumption and high cost of energy consumption.The theory of arc continuity is the theoretical basis of arc energy saving,circuit analysis is the basis of arc continuity analysis,plasma characteristics are important theoretical support for circuit analysis,and power frequency arc has DC plasma characteristics.The phase relationship between voltage and current at both ends of AC arc is strictly consistent,and there is no problem of current hysteresis voltage.The continuity of AC arc is not brought by current hysteresis voltage,but by the extension of time length,which is the characteristic of plasma.
