摘要
2020年9月8日,习近平在全国抗击新冠肺炎疫情表彰大会上概括了伟大的抗疫精神。抗疫精神是在民族精神和时代精神的交融共筑中、在中华优秀传统文化的深厚土壤里、在党领导人民抗击新冠肺炎疫情的伟大实践中形成的,包括“生命至上、举国同心、舍生忘死、尊重科学、命运与共”五个方面的内涵释要,为激发爱国情怀提供了现实支撑,为坚定“四个自信”提供了实践确证,为丰富中国精神提供了崭新内容。
President Xi Jinping summarized the great spirit of combating the COVID-19 epidemic in the National Meeting of Commending Role Models in China’s Fight against the COVID-19 Epidemic on September 8,2020.That spirit originates from the blending of both national spirit and the spirit of the times,which is deep rooted in excellent Chinese cultural tradition and is forged in the practice of the Party leading the Chinese people to fight against the epidemic.It covers five aspects in terms of connotation:putting people’s lives first,nationwide solidarity,sacrifice,respecting science,and a sense of mission for humanity.The spirit provides practical support for arousing patriotism,practical confirmation for enhancing the “four self-confidences”,and brand-new content for enriching the Chinese spirit.
