摘要
高校教学质量的根本保障是内部保障;内部保障只能在教学过程的内部,主要取决于教师教的质量,深层取决于教师的职业良心。教学过程之外的各种保障举措,都是外部保障,对教学质量只能起间接、条件的作用。针对高校教师的“不愿教”现象,当务之急是改革片面的绩效评价办法,减少过度的外部保障项目,恢复教师对教学的信心。
The fundamental guarantee of teaching quality in colleges and universities is internal guarantee. The internal guarantee can only be within the teaching process, mainly depending on the quality of teachers’ teaching, and at a deeper level depending on teachers’ professional conscience. All kinds of guarantee initiatives outside the teaching process are external guarantees, which can only play an indirect and conditional role in teaching quality. In response to the phenomenon of "unwillingness to teach" among college teachers, it is imperative to reform the one-sided performance evaluation method, reduce excessive external guarantee projects, and restore teachers’ confidence in teaching.
