区域高等教育布局调整:空间生产理论的视角

Layout Adjustment of Regional Higher Education From the Perspective of Spatial Production Theory

自然空间观主导下的布局在高等教育普及化阶段已效率不再,社会空间观则为其带来新的审思视域与思路。空间生产理论视域的高等教育布局应契合空间的社会性,实现从自然空间到社会空间布局的观念转向;应契合空间的自生产性,实现布局对象从机械到能动的功能转向;应契合空间的差异性,实现从激烈竞争到求同存异的生态转向。而当前则表现出高等教育布局中社会空间观的转向及其动力不足、高等教育空间生产的能动性表现不佳、高等教育各布局要素同质化发展等问题。未来需要持续培育高教布局的空间生产价值,主张布局的空间观念转向;不断将高等教育的内外部“关系”嵌入布局考量,激发高等教育的自我更新活力;动态培育本土适需的高教资源,全程跟踪高等教育的分类布局实践。

The layout led by the natural space view is no longer efficient in the popularization stage of higher education, while the social space view brings it a new perspective and ideas. The layout of higher education from the perspective of space production theory should fit the social nature of space and realize the conceptual shift from natural space to social space. It should conform to the self-production of space and realize the functional transformation of layout objects from mechanical to active. It should fit the differences of space and realize the ecological turn from fierce competition to seeking common ground while reserving differences. At present, there are some problems, such as the shift of social space view and its lack of motivation in the layout of higher education, the poor performance of the initiative of higher education space production, and the homogeneous development of various layout elements of higher education. In the future, we need to continuously cultivate the spatial production value of higher education layout and advocate the spatial concept shift of layout, constantly embedding the internal and external relations of higher education into the layout consideration to stimulate the self-renewal vitality of higher education, dynamically cultivating local suitable higher education resources, and tracking the classified layout of higher education in the whole process.
