校长的教育思想从何而来——基于对公办高职院校校长的质性研究

摘要 高职院校校长是高职教育改革发展之“中层担纲”,他们的教育思想关系我国高职教育的面貌与品质,影响着职业教育转型发展之路。文章采用质性研究方法,以教育思想生成为主题,对高职教育界具有影响力的9位校长进行深度访谈。研究发现,环境特征、个体经历和职业情感是校长教育思想生成的主要影响因素,其中,环境特征对校长教育思想的生成呈现出“由外而内”的干预式影响,个体经历对校长教育思想的生成形成“直接体验”的沉浸式影响,职业情感对校长教育思想的生成产生“由内而外”的创造性影响。建议高职院校校长形成主动寻找教育思想的强烈意识、从本土实践中发现教育思想、在职业情感中培育教育思想,以促进教育思想落地生根,推动高职院校的改革与实践。 The principals of vocational colleges are the "middle-level leaders" of the reform and development of higher vocational education. Their educational thinking has a bearing on the outlook and quality of China’s higher vocational education and influences the transformation and development of vocational education. Using qualitative research methods and taking the generation of education ideology as the theme, we conducted in-depth interviews with nine influential principals in the field of higher vocational education. The study found that environmental characteristics, individual experiences and professional emotions are the main influencing factors on the generation of principals’ educational thoughts. The principal’s educational thinking is influenced by environmental characteristics in the form of intervention from the outside, personal experiences in the form of direct experience, and professional emotions in the form of creativity from the inside. It is suggested that principals of vocational colleges have a strong awareness of voluntarily searching for educational ideas, discovering educational ideas in local practice, and cultivating educational ideas in professional emotions, so as to help educational ideas to take root and promote the reform and development of higher vocational institutions.
