新时代高校思政课教师培训体系协同度的实证研究 被引量:5

摘要 新时代高校思政课教师培训体系的协同既包括国家、省(市、自治区)、高校三级培训体系的纵向协同,又包括每一级培训体系培训目标、组织管理、资源配置、管理制度和评价反馈的横向协同。据此构建新时代高校思政课教师培训体系协同度测量体系和协同度模型。测量结果显示:新时代高校思政课教师培训体系的整体协同经历了从不协同、低协同、一般协同向较高协同的转变;三个不同级培训体系、不同级培训体系子系统及不同地域培训体系的协同存在差异;影响新时代高校思政课教师培训体系协同的关键是高校培训体系,制约同一级培训体系协同的主要因素是资源配置和培训目标。基于此,高校思政课教师培训工作需切实做好顶层设计,有效实施教师培训需求分析与管理,加强培训体系建设,并有效开展培训工作评价与反馈,以此提高思政课培训体系的协同度。 In the new era,the coordination of the training system of ideological and political teachers in universities not only includes the vertical coordination of the national,provincial and university training sys-tems,but also includes the horizontal coordination of training objectives,organization management,resource allocation,management system and evaluation feedback within the existing system of each level.On this basis,this paper builds the collaborative measurement system and collaborative degree model of composite system,measuring the synergy of the training systems of ideological and political teachers in universities in the new era.The results show the overall coordination of the composite system of ideological and political teacher training system in universities in the new era has experienced the transformation from non-coordination,low-coordination,general-coordination to better-coordination;there are obvious differences between systems of three different levels,different levels of a subsystem and different regions.Based on this,the top-level design of ideological and political course teachers training work in colleges and universities should be done effectively,the analysis and management of teachers'training needs should be effectively implemented,the construction of training system should be strengthened,and training evaluation and feedback should be carried out in a timely and effective manner,so as to improve the synergy of ideological and political course training system.
