Skilled talents,especially those highly proficient in their occupation,are excellent representatives of the working class and an important part of China's talent team,functioning as main forces underpinning China9s manufacturing sector and innovation drive.The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China has thoroughly studied and implemented the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping,strengthened political responsibility,defined work orientation,and highlighted ministerial characteristics.
