基于三维点云地图的扫地机器人智能清洁设计策略研究 被引量:1

摘要 智能技术驱动下的功能创新是改善清洁机器人用户体验的要求,通过设计思维介入打造基于地图与定位的全新使用体验。基于三维点云地图技术特点对扫地机器人的特征与场景进行分析研究,通过文献研究与用户访谈结合的方式提炼用户需求,关注技术背后对未来场景的隐藏诉求。总结关键体验要素与技术融合的方式,描述智能清洁场景的可能性,从设备控制、地图交互、模式拓展、动态呈现等角度提出精细化、协同化、情感化的智能清洁设计策略。三维点云地图与扫地机器人的融合应充分考虑用户活动与家居环境的复杂性,基于点云地图的智能清洁策略为扫地机器人的设计提供新的思路,为构建人性化的家居智能服务系统奠定基础。 The function innovation driven by intelligent technology is the requirement of improving the user experience of cleaning robot household appliances,and create a new using experience based on mapping and positioning through experience design thinking.Based on the technical factors of 3 D point cloud map,the characteristics and scenes of the sweeping robot were specially analyzed. The user needs were extracted through the combination of literature researches and user interviews,and the hidden demands of the future scene were focused. Summarize the way of integration of key experience elements and technology,describe the possibility of intelligent cleaning.And put forward refined,collaborative and emotional intelligent cleaning design strategy from the perspectives of device control,map interaction,mode expansion and dynamic presentation. The integration of 3 D point cloud map and sweeping robot should fully consider the complexity of user activities and home environment. The intelligent cleaning strategy based on point cloud map provides a new idea for the design of sweeping robot and lays a foundation for the construction of humanized home service system.
