摘要
针对目前宠物用具存在的问题,基于用户体验理论研究方法,讨论宠物用具的创新设计。通过选取特定使用人群,以宠物猫砂盆为例,通过KANO模型调研及分析其个性化需求,分别提取当前市场上不同种类产品的优劣,探讨以当前使用群体为中心的产品设计思路。使用手绘及数字建模的方式完成了猫砂盆的设计实践。研究表明现有宠物产品应更加重视用户体验,通过提高产品转换率增加用户使用产品的愉悦感。
In view of the existing problems of pet appliances,the innovative design of pet appliances is discussed based on the research methods of user experience theory.By selecting specific users,taking the pet cat litter box as an example,through the KANO model research and analysis of their individual needs,the advantages and disadvantages of different types of products on the current market are extracted respectively,and the product design ideas centered on the current user groups are explored.The design practice of the litter box was completed using painting and digital modeling.Research shows that existing pet products should pay more attention to user experience and increase the user’s pleasure in using the product by increasing the product conversion rate.
