摘要
黄芩苷是从黄芩根中提取的黄酮类成分,其药理作用突出,具有抑菌、利尿、抗炎、抗病毒、抗变态反应及解痉等作用。近年来发现黄芩苷在抗多种肿瘤方面具有显著作用,但其机制并不完全清楚。且诸多黄芩苷纳米制剂药物的研发及应用为提高肿瘤的药效治疗及靶向作用提供了新的研究方向。故本文就黄芩苷抗肿瘤机制与当前的研究进展作一综述,以期扩展对黄芩苷药效的认识,旨在为肿瘤治疗提供新的思路。
Baicalin is a flavonoid extracted from the root of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Its pharmacological effects are outstanding. It has antibacterial, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, antiviral, anti-allergic and antispasmodic effects. In recent years, it has been discovered that baicalin has a significant effect on anti-tumor aspects, but its mechanism is not completely clear. In addition, the development and application of many baicalin nano-preparation drugs provide new research directions for improving the therapeutic and targeting effects of tumors. Therefore, this paper reviewed the antitumor mechanism of baicalin and the current research progress, in order to expand the understanding of the efficacy of baicalin, and aims to provide new ideas for tumor treatment.
