摘要 近年来,随着海洋环境污染的日趋严重,保护生态环境,实施可持续发展战略,已成为全世界人们所必须面对的紧迫而艰巨的任务。石油天然气工业的开发生产属于资源开发型建设,其生产活动不可避免的会对环境造成一定程度的影响,有些影响甚至反过来制约着石油天然气工业的发展。因此,合理地解决油气田环境污染问题,既可以保护环境,实现可持续发展,同时也可以保护人民生命财产的安全。在石油勘探和生产过程中,井场上会留下大量的废弃物,钻井废弃物处理已成为长期困扰油气田生产的环保难题。从环境保护的角度出发,针对海上油田钻井废弃物的污染特征,开展钻井废弃物过程减量处理的技术和设备的研究,既具有迫切性又有着重要的现实和深远意义。 In recent years,with the increasingly serious marine environmental pollution,protecting the ecological environment and implementing the sustainable development strategy has become an urgent and arduous task that people all over the world must face.The development and production of oil and gas industry belongs to resource development and construction.Its production activities will inevitably have a certain impact on the environment,and some impacts even restrict the development of oil and gas industry in turn.Therefore,reasonably solving the environmental pollution problem of oil and gas fields can not only protect the environment and achieve sustainable development,but also protect the safety of people's lives and property.In the process of oil exploration and production,a large amount of waste will be left on the well pad.The treatment of drilling waste has become an environmental protection problem perplexing the production of oil and gas fields for a long time.From the perspective of environmental protection,according to the pollution characteristics of drilling waste in offshore oilfields,it is urgent and of great practical and far-reaching significance to carry out the research on the technology and equipment of drilling waste reduction treatment.
