色谱法测定芳烃抽提溶剂环丁砜中烃含量

Determination of hydrocarbon content in sulfolane,a solvent for aromatics extraction by chromatography

建立了采用气相色谱法测定芳烃抽提溶剂环丁砜中烃含量的分析方法。采用HP-5毛细管色谱柱,以正庚烷为内标物,通过配制和实际样品组成相近的标准溶液确定各烃类组分的相对质量校正因子,用FID检测器检测,内标法定量,并最终应用于实际样品的测定。样品中各烃组分含量测定的相对标准偏差均小于3%,回收率在97.8%~103.3%,完成一个样品的分析时间约30 min。与传统的蒸馏法相比,该方法更简便、快速、灵敏、安全,更能满足工艺控制快速分析的要求。

A gas chromatographic method for the determination of hydrocarbon content in aromatic extraction solvent sulfolane was established.Using HP-5 capillary chromatographic column and n-heptane as internal standard,the relative mass correction factor of each hydrocarbon component is determined by preparing a standard solution with similar composition to the actual sample,detected by FID detector,quantified by internal standard method,and finally applied to the determination of the actual sample.The relative standard deviation of each hydrocarbon component in the sample is less than 3%,the recovery is 97.8%~103.3%,and the analysis time of one sample is about 30 min.Compared with the traditional distillation method,this method is more simple,rapid,sensitive and safe,and can better meet the requirements of rapid analysis of process control.
