梁启超中西兼通的教育思想

摘要 “中西兼通”是梁启超教育思想的核心,“世界人”文化身份的形成为梁启超的教育思想提供了来源和基础。与洋务派主张的“中体西用”的教育观不同的是,梁启超强调本国之学是他国之学的根柢,向外寻求先进的西学知识必须先有扎实的中学知识的积累。梁启超认为西学知识的传播,并不仅限于格致之学,而更有赖于政治和文化方面相关书籍的翻译和阅读。此外,梁启超还以日文书籍为媒介,指出了广泛阅读西学书籍的具体方法和读书门径。 “Combining Chinese and Western education”is the core of Liang Qichao's educational thought.From his personal experience,the formation of his cultural identity of a“cosmopolitan”provided the source and foundation for his educational thoughts.Different from the westernization school’s“Chinese learning for fundamentals,Western learning for practical application”,Liang stressed that the national learning was the root of the learning from other countries,and the accumulation of solid national learning was the prerequisite for seeking advanced knowledge from western learning.Liang believed that the dissemination of western learning should not be limited to the“investigation of things”,but depend more on the translation and reading of western political and cultural books.Liang also pointed out the specific methods and ways to widely read Western books by taking Japanese books as the medium.
