热稳定性优异的单一基质白光Cs_(2)Li_(3)Sr_(2)B_(3)(PO_(4))_(6)∶Dy^(3+)荧光粉发光性能 被引量:2

摘要 通过高温固相法合成了一系列单基质白光荧光材料Cs_(2)Li_(3)Sr_(2)B_(3)(PO_(4))_(6)∶Dy^(3+),并对其结构特性、浓度猝灭机理、发光特性、温度特性、荧光寿命进行了测试与讨论。研究结果表明,该样品的发射峰主要位于490 nm和577 nm,且能在近紫外光/紫外光激发下产生单一白光。对比发现该样品在Dy^(3+)掺杂浓度为7%时荧光强度最强,且通过计算得出该样品的浓度猝灭机理是由于偶极-偶极相互作用。热稳定性分析结果表明该样品的热稳定性优异,在150℃下的荧光强度可达初始室温强度的97%。因此,Cs_(2)Li_(3)Sr_(2)B_(3)(PO_(4))_(6)∶Dy^(3+)是一种热稳定性优异的潜在的单一基质发白光材料。 In this paper,a series of single-phase white light-emitting Cs_(2)Li_(3)Sr_(2)B_(3)(PO_(4))_(6)∶Dy^(3+) phosphor were synthesized by high-temperature solid-phase method.Their structure characteristics,photoluminescence excitation and emission spectra,lifetime and temperature-dependent emission spectra have been discussed.The results show that the emission peaks of the sample are mainly located at 490 nm and 577 nm,and can produce uniform white light under the excitation of near-ultraviolet light/ultraviolet light.The concentration quenching mechanism has been investigated and demonstrated to be a dipole-dipole interaction.The thermal stability based on the temperature-dependent PL spectra of Cs_(2)Li_(3)Sr_(2)B_(3)(PO_(4))_(6)∶Dy^(3+) demonstrated that this phosphor showed superior thermal behavior.Cs_(2)Li_(3)Sr_(2)B_(3)(PO_(4))_(6)∶Dy^(3+) is a potential single white light-emitting material with excellent thermal stability.
