摘要 为降低洪涝灾害对大部分地区造成的损失,根据已有数学模型,建立了一个以水力发电厂水利枢纽为核心,河道支流可自动调节水库功能的防洪设施,开发了一套水电站和防洪设施可同时运行的水力系统数学模型。程序在执行多元计算时,可根据当前对经济环境的要求,为防洪设施的水力系统提供主要参数,并模拟该工况下防洪设施水力系统的运行特性,结果表明:该模型可通过防洪设施调节洪水,最大限度减少洪灾损失,达到防洪减灾的目的。 In order to reduce the losses caused by flood to most of the river basin areas,based on the existing mathematical model,a flood control facility with a hydropower station complex structure as the core and the tributaries of the river which can automatically adjust the function of the reservoir was established,and a set of mathematical model of the hydraulic system which enables simultaneous operation of hydropower stations and flood control facilities were developed.When the program is used to perform multivariate calculation,it can provide main parameters for the hydraulic system of flood control facilities according to the current requirements of the economic environment,and simulate the operating characteristics of the hydraulic system of flood control facilities under the working condition.The results show that the model can regulate the flood to minimize flood losses and achieve the purpose of flood control and disaster mitigation through the flood control facilities.
