摘要
某水利工程管理营地拟建在渣场上,其基础形式选择至关重要。根据建筑物使用要求及地质情况,以水利工程管理办公楼为例,通过有限元数值模拟,对平板式筏板基础、梁板式筏板基础、桩基础3种方案进行比选分析,分析其应力变形特性,结果显示3种形式均可满足规范要求,基础相对优劣顺序为桩基础>梁板式筏板基础>平板式筏板基础;投资分析结果显示桩基础投资明显大于筏板基础,梁板式基础投资略低于平板式筏板基础,最终确定办公楼采用梁板式筏板基础形式,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
A water conservancy project management camp is planned to be built on a landfill foundation of excavation waste,and it is very important to choose its foundation form.According to the function requirements and geological conditions of the building,taking the water conservancy project management office building as an example,the comparison and analysis of the three schemes of the slab raft foundation,the beam-slab raft foundation and the pile foundation are carried out,and the stress-strain characteristics are analyzed through the finite element numerical simulation.The results show that all the three forms can meet the design requirements,and the excellence order of foundation is pile foundation>beam-slab raft foundation>slab raft foundation;The investment analysis results show that the investment of pile foundation is significantly larger than the raft foundation and the beam-slab raft foundation investment is slightly lower than that of the slab raft foundation.Finally,it is determined that the office building adopts the form of the beam-slab raft foundation,which can provide engineering reference for similar projects.
