太阳能光热电站熔盐截止阀整机温度场分析 被引量:1

摘要 以50 MW级太阳能光热电站熔盐阀为研究对象,采用流固耦合传热方法,基于交界面通量守恒,计算熔盐截止阀高温工况下的整机温度场,为热变形分析和静强度分析提供温度场数据,并依据分析结果为相关设计提供参考方向。结果表明,太阳能光热电站熔盐阀关键部件的运行温度不超过设计限值,全工况范围内未发生熔盐凝固,保证太阳能光热电站稳定运行。 Taking the molten salt valve of a 50 MW solar thermal power station as the study object,the fluid-solid coupling heat transfer method is used to calculate the temperature field of the molten salt shut-off valve under high temperature conditions based on the flux conservation at the interface,which provides temperature field data for the thermal deformation analysis and static strength analysis,and provide reference guide for related designs based on the analysis results.The results show that the operating temperature of the key components of the molten salt valve of the solar thermal power station does not exceed the design limit,and the molten salt does not solidify within the full range of operating conditions,ensuring the stable operation of the solar thermal power station.
