高职扩招“建筑材料与检测”课程教学研究——以淮南联合大学为例

摘要 高职扩招——我国职业教育领域的最新发展战略,面对下岗职工、退役军人、农民工和新型职业农民等不同社会群体,为了解决工学矛盾,提升课程教学质量,淮南联合大学“建筑材料与检测”课程教学团队围绕“12345”来设计课堂教学,采用线上分散+线下集中相结合的教学组织形式,合理利用工作日与周末等业余时间开展教学,提高线上资源学习的完成率和线下课堂教学的出勤率,以最优化的学习时间、学习任务完成课程学习,以学分互认和多元评价来实施课程考核,以专业课程融入思政教育来增强扩招学生的核心价值观,较好地解决了高职扩招生源个性化的教学组织和职业素养问题。 Vocational college enrollment expansion is the latest development strategy in the field of vocational education in China.In order to solve the work-study contradictions facing by different social groups such as laid-off workers,veterans,migrant workers and new professional farmers and improve the quality of teaching,the teaching team of Building Materials and the Testing Courses in Huainan United University designed the classroom teaching around the concept of“12345”.By adopting the combination of scattered online and concentrated offline teaching organization form,weekday and weekend leisure time can be rationally utilized to carry out the teaching,the efficiency of online learning resources and offline attendance of classroom teaching can be improved,the course learning can be completed by optimized learning time and learning task,course assessment can be implemented by mutual credit and multiple evaluation,the core values of students can be enhanced by integrating ideological and political education into professional courses,which can better solve the problems of personalized teaching organization and professional quality of enrollment expansion in higher vocational colleges.
