高职院校资助育人工作探析

资助育人是促进学生健康成长的有力保障,潜移默化地影响学生思想品格和价值取向,也是保证高职院校的和谐稳定发展和培养人才的重要途径。为了提升高职院校资助育人工作的效果,从资助育人工作意义、队伍建设、受助学生能力提升等方面提出了优化学生资助管理工作的设想。

Subsidizing education is a strong guarantee to promote the healthy growth of students,which subtly affects the ideological character and value orientation of students,and is also an important way to ensure the harmonious and stable development of higher vocational colleges and cultivate talents.In order to improve the effect of subsidizing and educating students in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the management of subsidizing and educating students from the aspects of the significance of subsidizing and educating students,team building and improving the ability of students.
