摘要
目的探讨抑郁症患者心理弹性与自尊水平及自我病耻感的相关性。方法将138例抑郁症患者设为研究组,62名健康人员设为对照组,比较两组心理弹性量表、自尊量表、精神疾病内在病耻感量表评分,分析抑郁症患者心理弹性与自尊水平及自我病耻感的相关性。结果研究组心理弹性量表、自尊量表评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),精神疾病内在病耻感量表评分显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。心理弹性量表总分及其各维度评分与自尊量表评分呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与精神疾病内在病耻感量表总分及各维度评分呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者心理弹性、自尊水平较低,自我病耻感较高,抑郁症患者心理弹性与其自尊水平呈显著正相关,与自我病耻感呈显著负相关。医护人员应注重改善抑郁症患者自尊水平、自我病耻感来提高患者心理弹性,促进其康复。
Objective To explore the correlation between psychological resilience,self-esteem and self-stigma in patients with depression.Methods A total of 138 depression patients were set as the study group,and 62 healthy people were set as the control group.The scores of Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC),self-esteem scale(SES)and internalized stigma of mental illness scale(ISMI)were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between psychological resilience and self-esteem and self-stigma in patients with depression was analyzed.Results The scores of CD-RISC and SES in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01),and the score of ISMI was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The CD-RISC total score and each dimension scores were significantly positively correlated with SES scores(P<0.05),and significantly negatively correlated with ISMI total score and each dimension scores(P<0.05).Conclusions Patients with depression have lower levels of psychological resilience and self-esteem,and higher self-stigma.There is a significant positive correlation between psychological resilience and self-esteem in patients with depression,and a significant negative correlation with self-stigma.Medical staff should focus on improving the self-esteem and self-stigma of patients with depression to improve their psychological resilience and promote their recovery.
