细致性护理对白血病患儿焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of meticulous nursing on anxiety,depression and quality of life in children with leukemia

目的探讨细致性护理对白血病患儿焦虑抑郁情绪及生活质量的影响。方法将158例白血病患儿按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各79例。两组均给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上给予细致性护理干预,观察住院全程。干预前后比较两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表、PedsQL4.0儿童生存质量普适性核心量表各维度评分,比较两组并发症发生率。结果干预后两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.01);干预后两组PedsQL4.0儿童生存质量普适性核心量表各维度评分均较干预前显著升高(P<0.01),研究组显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论细致性护理可以有效改善白血病患儿的焦虑抑郁情绪,提高患儿生活质量,降低并发症发生率,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of meticulous nursing on anxiety,depression and quality of life in children with leukemia.Methods A total of 158 children with leukemia were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 79 cases in each group.Both groups were given routine nursing,and the study group was given meticulous nursing intervention on this basis.The whole process of hospitalization was observed.The scores of each dimension of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),and PedsQL4.0 generic core scales were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.The incidence of complications was compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).After the intervention,the scores of all dimensions of PedsQL4.0 generic core scales in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Meticulous nursing can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of children with leukemia,improve the quality of life of children,and reduce the incidence of complications,which can be popularized and applied in clinical practice.
