摘要 根据黑头的形成过程和诱因开发产品,并对产品的功效进行验证。结果表明,在产品使用15 min与基础值相比黑头下降率为13.94%;在产品使用7天与基础值相比黑头下降率为25.43%;在产品使用28天与基础值相比黑头下降率为66.09%;在产品使用15 min与对照区域相比毛孔有显著性上升;在产品使用7天与基础值相比毛孔无显著性变化;在产品使用28天与基础值相比毛孔无显著性变化;在产品使用7天与基础值相比油脂下降率为22.33%;在产品使用28天与基础值相比油脂下降率为29.05%;单次使用产品15 min,93.94%的受试者对去除黑头满意;连续使用产品28天,96.67%的受试者对去除黑头满意,100%的受试者对控油满意,96.67%的受试者对该产品的总体表示满意。 The blackhead removal products were developed according to the formation process and inducement of blackheads,and the efficacy of the products was also verified.The results show that,after using the product for 15 minutes,the number of blackheads is reduced by 13.94%as compared with the base value;after using the product for 7 days,the number of blackheads is reduced by 25.43%as compared with the base value;after using the product for 28 days,the number of blackheads is reduced by 66.09%as compared with the base value;after using the product for 15 minutes,the pores increase significantly as compared with the control area;after 7 days of product use,there is no significant change in pore size as compared with the base value;after 28 days of product use,there is no significant change in pore size as compared with the base value;after 7 days of use,the oil content is reduced by 22.33%as compared with the base value;after 28 days of use,the oil content is reduced by 29.05%as compared with the base value;after 15 minutes of single use,93.94%of the subjects are satisfied with the state of blackhead removal;after continuous use of the product for 28 days,96.67%of the subjects are satisfied with the state of blackhead removal,100%are satisfied with the state of oil control,and 96.67%are satisfied with the overall efficacy of the product.
