书刊中双酚A的检测方法研究

摘要 本文采用高效液相色谱分离检测(荧光检测器),建立书刊中双酚A的测定方法。采用甲醇作为提取溶剂,通过优化提取方式(恒温水浴振荡提取或超声提取)、流动相的比例(甲醇与水),寻找最优的试验方案。双酚A在0.02mg/L~1.00mg/L范围内有较好的线性,相关系数达到0.999以上,方法检出限及定量限分别为0.004mg/L、0.02mg/L。不同加标水平的回收率在93%~102%,同一样品重复测试10次,其相对标准偏差小于1.5%,不同样品重复测试10次,其相对标准偏差小于2.2%。本文研究方法能够准确提取和测定书刊中的双酚A。 A detection method of high performance liquid chromatography—fluorescence detection(HPLC-FLD) has been established for the determination of bisphenol A in books and periodicals. Using methanol as the extraction solvent, the optimal experimental scheme was determined by optimizing the extraction method(constant temperature water bath oscillation extraction or ultrasonic extraction) and the appropriate mobile phase(the ratio of methanol to water). The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve was better(r=0.999) in the range of 0.020 mg/L to 1.00 mg/L for bisphenol A. The limit of detection(LOD) and limit of quantification(LOQ) were 0.004 mg/L and 0.02 mg/L, respectively. The recovery was 93%~102%, and the RSD is less than 1.5% when repeated testing the same sample for 10 times, and the RSD is less than 2.2% when tested 10 times for different samples. This proposed method was accurate, simple, fast to extract and detect the bisphenol A in books and periodicals which greatly improved the work efficiency.
