2015—2019年内蒙古自治区食品安全监督抽检情况分析 被引量:2

Analysis of Current Situation of Food Safety in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2015 to 2019

摘要 为了解近年来内蒙古自治区的食品安全情况及主要问题,本文汇总2015—2019年内蒙古自治区各级食品安全监督抽检的数据,对不合格项目进行归类分析。结果显示,2015年2月—2019年12月,内蒙古自治区各级食品监督抽检共计202474批次样品,涉及34个食品大类,其中检验项目合格样品197670批次,不合格样品4804批次。问题最突出的5个食品大类分别为:餐饮食品、糕点、肉及肉制品、淀粉及淀粉制品、饮料。由此可见,餐饮食品大肠菌群超标、淀粉及其制品铝残留量超标、水果和蔬菜制品二氧化硫超标、肉及肉制品和饮料菌落总数超标、炒货及坚果制品、食用油、油脂及其制品过氧化值不达标等问题是现阶段本地区较为突出的食品安全问题。 In order to understand the food safety situation and main problems in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in recent years,this paper summarizes the data of food safety supervision and sampling inspection at all levels in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region from 2015 to 2019,and classifies and analyzes the unqualified items.The results showed that from February 2015 to December 2019,a total of 202474 batches of samples were sampled by food supervision at all levels in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,involving 34 food categories,including 197670 batches of qualified samples and 4804 batches of unqualified samples.The five most prominent food categories are:catering food,pastries,meat and meat products,starch and starch products,and beverages.It can be seen that the problems of excessive coliform group in catering food,excessive aluminum residue in starch and its products,excessive sulfur dioxide in fruit and vegetable products,excessive total bacterial count in meat and meat products and beverages,and unqualified peroxide value of fried goods and nut products,edible oil,oil and its products are more prominent food safety problems in this region at this stage.
